Excellent solution from the quality of the room, perfect cleanliness, to the thermal pool. The quality breakfast but within the norm of a 5S. The solution has a large, very convenient internal car park. The staff at the reception is professional and ready to help the customer with his requests.

Meraviglioso albergo di classe con interni bellissimi ottima qualità prezzo. Noi avendo un ragazzino in sedia a rotelle il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile dai bagnini in piscina che si sono prodigati per rendere il nostro soggiorno più comodo possibile riservandoci le sdraie più vicine alla vasca alle cameriere ai piani che hanno esaudito ogni nostra richiesta. Colazione varia completa , cena strepitosa con buffet di antipasti tutto di ottima qualità con ostriche cannolicchi e gamberoni ,primi e secondi particolari con pietanze anche con tartufo e dolci buonissimi ,mangiato una sacher che meritava il viaggio . Massaggi buoni sia con Giuseppe che Antonio che era anche maestro di Aufguss in sauna molto rilassanti e divertenti. Unica pecca portare via il buffet di insalate alle 8.45 e pulire il tavolo con detergente intanto che gli ospiti sono ancora a tavola non si può vedere in un albergo di categoria superiore . GRAZIE a tutti per la meravigliosa vacanza alla prossima.

Ottima esperienza, tutto il personale é spontaneamente gentile. Ambiente molto pulito e curato. Ottima cucina e scelta dal buffet. Piscine curate e pulite. Bellissima e molto completa la spa. Divertenti e professionali gli eventi nella sauna (Aufguss), e in piscina (Acqua gym e Yoga). Piccola nota, da migliorare la professionalità nel reparto fanghi. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Посещаю этот потрясающий отель уже второй раз. Впервые я проходила здесь реабилитацию два года назад после операции , приехала с тросточкой, уехала без, на своих ногах. Медицинский персонал здесь творит чудеса! От всего сердца благодарна всему персоналу отеля, директору Илириане за ее заботу о каждом госте отеля, сотрудникам службы приема и размещения Марко Бонаперсона , Тудору, Андреа и стажеру Диане Годзиевой. Их профессионализм и готовность помочь делает отдых в отеле незабываемым и дает себя почувствовать , как дома! Особая благодарность массажисту Даниелю. А как вкусно здесь готовят блюда от шеф повара! От всего сердца желаю процветания отелю, буду рекомендовать его друзьям и обязательно сюда вернусь!

Wie immer war der Aufenthalt im Premiere wahnsinnig schön. Die Pools sind der Hammer, das Essen ist sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und die Zimmer sind sooo schön. Ich fand es ausserdem toll, dass der hintere Pool kühl war. Das wahr total angenehm bei Aussentemperaturen von über 30 Grad. Ausserdem sind die Poolöffnungszeiten bis 23 Uhr. Und man ist am Abend oft alleine im Pool. Das geniesse ich sehr. Ich habe meinen nächsten Aufenthalt schon gebucht. Ein grosses Dankeschön an die netten Mitarbeiter!
